Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital products (such as downloadable files, digital content, or online access). No physical items are shipped.
Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once the digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Personalized or custom-made digital products are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the error was caused solely by us.

In accordance with EU regulations, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once delivery or download has begun with the customer’s prior consent.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
